Booking & Payment
- Seats are reserved upon payment or agreement of a payment plan.
- Late payments may result in withdrawal of service.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds considered only with 14+ days’ notice before term start.
- No refunds for missed journeys.
- Cancellations mid-term will require 1 pre half terms notice via email
Service & Conduct
- Term-time only on school open days; times may vary with traffic.
- Students must behave safely and respectfully; persistent issues may result in removal.
Liability
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control. Responsibility transfers to school staff on drop-off and to parents/guardians on pick-up.
