Booking & Payment

• Seats are reserved upon payment or agreement of a payment plan.
• Late payments may result in withdrawal of service.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds considered only with 14+ days’ notice before term start.
• No refunds for missed journeys.
• Cancellations mid-term will require 1 pre half terms notice via email

Service & Conduct

• Term-time only on school open days; times may vary with traffic.
• Students must behave safely and respectfully; persistent issues may result in removal.

Liability

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control. Responsibility transfers to school staff on drop-off and to parents/guardians on pick-up.
